Mr Qureshi is the founder and Senior Partner at ASQ Legal CIC, an experienced British born Lawyer with over 17 years of legal experience, an Islamic Scholar, a Philanthropist, and a passionate advocate for accessible justice and community service. His work reflects a rare blend of legal excellence, ethical leadership, and a commitment to social impact. 

Mr Qureshi's inspiration comes from his father, a reputable and long standing member of the UK judiciary, whose dedication to justice and service to the British and Commonwealth communities, laid the foundation for Mr Qureshi’s own path in law and public service.

Mr Qureshi has represented clients across a wide range of complex legal matters. His work has taken him all the way to the Court of Appeal, and he has earned professional recognition at the highest levels — including the honour of receiving a red bag from a Head of Chambers' King’s Counsel, a traditional mark of esteem in the legal community.

As a qualified Islamic scholar, Mr Qureshi also offers expert guidance in matters of Islamic law also bridging the gap between legal systems and cultural understanding with professionalism and care.

Under Mr Qureshi’s leadership, ASQ Legal CIC operates as a Community Interest Company, meaning its focus is not solely on profit, but on public good. ASQ Legal CIC is dedicated to making high-quality legal services available at reduced rates or pro-bono, particularly to those who are marginalised, vulnerable, or otherwise under-served. Every client is treated with dignity, regardless of background or financial means.

Mr Qureshi’s commitment to justice extends well beyond legal practice. He is deeply involved in humanitarian and charitable work, raising substantial funds and awareness for orphans, widows, and displaced children around the world. His efforts have included:

• Climbing Mount Kilimanjaro to raise funds for orphans and widows
• Driving in a convoy of 60 Ambulances from the UK to Pakistan to deliver the Ambulances and emergency medical aid
• Trekking the Great Wall of China in support of international relief efforts
• Trekking Mount Snowdon in support of international relief efforts
• Distributing food, blankets, and essential supplies to children and families in Iraq, Uganda, Pakistan, Bangladesh & India.

These acts of experience, compassion and courage reflect the values that ASQ Legal CIC brings to every client interaction including commitment, empathy, and action.

In his free time, Mr Qureshi enjoys dining, spending time with his family, and travelling internationally for both religious and professional commitments.
